Using our Optimiser Courier Integration software facility couldn’t be easier and means you can stay on top of your orders at all times, wherever you are.
Once completed, orders are imported or added manually into Optimiser. As soon as they have been picked and packed, you can send the consignment through to your preferred courier by using RF scanning, which will then print off a label at the printer closest to you.
And if that wasn’t enough, you now have greater flexibility to control the courier of your choice from within Optimiser
That’s because all orders waiting to be sent to the courier appear in a colour-coded grid which can be sorted or grouped in many different ways, allowing you to identify similar Picks.
And with just a few simple click of the mouse, you can bulk assign which courier you want to use, and the shipping method you want to use, such as:
- Next Day
- Pre 12:00
- Signed for
That leaves just one more click and the consignments are posted, labels printed and the Pick are updated with the courier’s consignment details – simple.
Believe it or not, Courier Integration can be made even simpler as the courier and shipping method can be imported with the order from:
- Your host system
- Your customers’ systems

This enables your customers to control which courier and shipping method they want to use.
The Optimiser Courier Module has been designed to be flexible and powerful, saving you time and money and allowing you to provide a better level of service to your customers.
