We were delighted to be featured in the recent edition of Factory Equipment Magazine, which covers all sorts of factory equipment, from Boilers and HVAC, to Recycling and Tools.
As it’s a popular and influential magazine with an interested and knowledgeable readership, we wanted to talk about the Optima Optimiser WMS, what sets us apart from other Warehouse Management Systems, and some of the work we have done for our customers.
Our Sales Director, Neil Bennett spoke with Factory Equipment Magazine, and talked about why our customers choose Optima, some of the features of our bespoke WMS software, and some of the benefits it brings to their business.
Neil went into detail about two of our customers:
- Fast-growing Bolton-based business The Incontinence Shop, has recently moved premises both in the North West and in London, and needed to ensure that their WMS continued to meet their current and future needs.
- The well-established snack brand, Seabrook Crisps needed a better way to store, manage and utilise the ingredients used in their crisps.
Neil explained the challenges faced by these businesses, their requirements, and what we’ve done for them, and the results they are seeing thanks to their Optimiser WMS.
Factory Equipment magazine has readers across a lot of different industries, and involved in all areas of manufacture, storage and distribution. We’re hoping to get enquiries from companies who perhaps may not know about us or what we do, and are more manufacturing based, compared to many of our existing customers, who tend to be in the retail or distribution industries.
Some readers may not know much about the features and benefits of a modern WMS, or what it can do for their businesses and their customers. Maybe they’re putting up with something that no longer meets their needs and are wondering if something better is available.
