Optimiser WMS: Data Import/Export

Linking your Accounts or MRP/ERP software is made simple with our import/export module. Seamless integration to your host software enables you to capture all your orders for despatch and all your receipts for purchases.

Orders:
Simply place an order into your existing sales order processing software then the order file will be sent to the Optimiser WMS where is will be ready for the warehouse operators to pick. The orders can be sent in either in a batch or as they are created.

No need to retype orders into the Optimiser WMS therefore speeding up the order despatch stage to you clients.

With only one data entry point this will reduce the potential errors from incorrect or duplicate order entries.

Purchases:
When stock arrives at your warehouse and is received into the Optimiser WMS software it will create a file to send back to your purchase order software.

This file is created and sent instantly so that invoices can be confirmed at a click of the mouse.
