Optima were recently featured in an article published for Logistics Business IT.
The Logistics Business IT piece in looks at our long standing and successful relationship with the Incontinence shop and examines in detail how a WMS can benefit, not just large companies and organisations, but small and growing businesses too.
In the feature, written by Matthew Crist, Optima Director Neil Bennett discusses what software was needed for such a client, how they came to a decision on what was required and how the WMS has benefited the company since.
It’s been something of a success story for the Incontinence Shop, since trading out of a small retail unit just five years ago, they are now one of the biggest suppliers of incontinence products in the country.
After approaching Optima, who installed a specially designed WMS, the business has gone from strength-to-strength as they have benefited from the ability to pick and track orders easily, quickly and efficiently and will soon be moving to much bigger premises in order to cope with the increase in demand.
