Orders are picked and packed using Optima WMS. If you use our packing bench module, we know the dimensions and weight of the package.
The shipping method can be pre-determined by integration with your e-commerce platform or other ordering system, calculated using Optima CMS or manually selected.
When packing is finished, Optima WMS makes a request to Pall-Ex to book a consignment, and a label is automatically printed. Pall-Ex provides a tracking number which is then automatically passed back to your e-commerce platforms / marketplaces or can be emailed to a delivery contact.
This provides a seamless, efficient process, reducing human error, ensuring the correct shipping method is used every time, and reducing cost.
